This is a rework of a previously posted shot, mono conversion in photoshop using a saturation layer, channel mixer layer and a selective colour layer aswell as burn and dodge tools. I have also trialed a new presentation format with a new title style, so let me know what you think...
Sorry Mr. Amazing for not posting for a while but I have worked 7 days this week to try and keep with the mountain of work that is piling up due to the Christmas rush!!
For those of you who don't know Kev the amazing you should go and introduce yourselves to his amazing work, showcasing South Australia in all it's glory... http://sash.aminus3.com/portfolio/ ... teach me Kev, you know you don't like great long links...
OUTSTANDING BW Dachimas! Marvelous tones and excellent clarity!

'The Amazing' is fine. There's no need to get all hoiti-toiti with the 'Mr' bizzo. Yeah...I reckon the conversion is all right, if mystical magical and brooding are in your vocabulary. Then again, when a photographer slaps his pins into a set of waders and waits for the extreme weather to set in in (English teacher at work here) order to capture that slice of Mother Nature inspired angst, then it's bound to leave a lasting positive impression. Innit?
For the record, 'great long links' are especially satisfying after a day or two of blockage.
Anything you see in these brackets () is for clarification. Anything you see in these brackets [] is how you should type the 'code' to whatever you want to link: [url=http:// then the URL (eg sash.aminus3.com/portfolio/) then close off the bracket thus /] then type the word you want to link immediately in the space after the closed bracket (eg Sash) and then one final bracket immediately after the word you want to link to close off the entire hyperlink . Presto amaze-mo!
PS When you comment at my site, or anyone else's for that matter, be sure to include your website URL as people will then be able to refer to who/what you are. If ya don't do that, you'll not only miss a grand opportunity to promote your site but you'll also miss all the replies people will send you.
PPS That is all. :-D

Shit! I left out after the words 'one final bracket immediately after the word you want to link to close off the entire hyperlink '. The is essential to the hyperlink working so DON'T FORGET IT.

Great black and white. Can't decide which I like better though. But the black and white brings out the rocks more.
